Born and raised in Philly before coming to Atlanta, Apollo, a diehard Philadelphian, grew up on those lightly toasted, Amoroso Rolls, thinly sliced, chopped, beef and vegetables and today has developed a unique Flavor to this Philadelphia Cuisine.
